Paxar is your Value Added Format Provider (VAFP) for Retail Compliance.

We work with all major retailers to create their formats for carton and item marking, and obtain their approval to make sure they are correct. We work closely with them on a regular basis to keep up with any changes to the formats. You are assured that all formats available from Paxar are correct.

We are working to add more retailer formats every day. If you do not see formats listed for the retailer you need, let us know. We may be already working on creating exactly what you need. If not, we can create the format you need on a custom basis. Formats are available for use with PC systems, AS/400s or other mainframes.

How Formats Are Sold

You can purchase formats for one specific retailer, for a few, or for all available retailers. When you purchase formats you are given a password which allows you full access to the formats purchased for one year. You can download the formats you need, directly from this web site, any time during the year. You also receive our "Format Change Alert" service. Paxar works with the retailers on the program and updates the formats regularly. When an update happens for a retailer whose formats you have purchased, you will be notified by e-mail that there has been a change. You can then come back to this web site and receive the latest formats instantly. After the first year, you can renew your "Change Alert Service" at a reduced rate.

• Top Retailer Formats - $995
  - Includes entire library
  - 87 formats from 13 retailers (currently)
  - Includes all new formats added to the program by Paxar within the next 12 months. - Includes 1 year of format updates (changes made by retailers) and our "Format Change Alert" service
• Top Retailer Annual Service - $495 per year (after initial year)
  - On going format updates, access to new formats developed, and "Format Change Alert" service
• Single Retailer (All available formats) - $150
• Single Custom Format - $200 per format (Paxar will create whatever format you need)
• Custom Formats - $395 for three
