Can I fax in my order?
Yes, you can fax in the order to 937-865-6615. To cover the costs of data entry, we will charge $2 additional per SKU to key the information for you. If you email us the Excel form, there is no additional charge for keying, as we use a software program to print directly from the excel spreadsheet.

What is the minimum order?
We can print as few as 1 ticket per SKU. What is the minimum charge?
The minimum charge is $50 for tickets + any applicable Keying Charges + Tax and any applicable shipping charges. The minimum charge ensures we cover our order handling costs. Any order that is for less than $50, will be charged the $50 minimum.

For example:
If you ordered 1,100 Fashion Tickets- the charge would be 1.1 x $35.73 = $39.03- We would charge the minimum of $50
If you ordered 2,300 Fashion Tickets- the charge would be 2.3 x $35.73= $82.18.
If you ordered 1,600 Small Gum Labels- the charge would be 1.6 x $19.90 = $31.84- We would charge the minimum of $50.
If you ordered 3,500 Small Gum Labels- the charge would be 3.5 x $19.90= $69.65

What is the lead-time?
When we receive a clean order- we will ship within 48 hours (not including weekends). If we have questions because the form is not completely filled out, the lead-time will be 48 hours after our questions are answered.

If we must key your information from a faxed or mailed form, we are forced to add 4 days to the expected lead time.
Changes to your order cannot be accepted once the ticket/label processing has begun. If changes are made after we have begun processing, we are forced to bill you for 2 orders to cover our costs.
